I started Confident Butterflies because living felt like I was running in thick swamp mud.

I dreamed about how much better my families lives would be if I wasn't around smothering them with my negativity.

I felt helplessness and lost, like I was wandering aimlessly on a deserted red planet.

I never in a million years thought it would happen to me, but it did...

I mean, I'd always been outgoing, meeting friends... loved seeing family and me any my husband were inseparable.

I'd socialize whenever I could, go to live events and travel the world on adventures. I learnt about new cultures, experienced delicious exotic street food and meet new people.

It was the best years of my life.

But eventually, it got to a point where I lost the drive to do all that stuff...

By the time I took action, years had passed me by...

Eventually I took action.

I called 4 different psychiatrists, but they were all booked out...

I thought to myself...

"I'm such a failure! I can't even find someone to take $200 to talk to me." 

So I went to my doctor and he said... 


"Jen, you probably have a mild dose of anxiety and depression, or maybe it's just in your head?"

"Maybe it's just in my head?!," when he said that it made me lose all hope in myself.

At that point I was certain I'd lost my marbles. I was resigned to the fact the old happy outgoing me died years ago.

I took the drugs he prescribed and I hoped for the best.

Months went by but things got worse.

The only time I found myself smiling was when I did something that completely stopped my thought process...


...Like watching butterflies float around my garden.

In fact, as strange as that sounds... watching those butterflies dance around the garden was a turning point for me.

Because after that I had the urge to browse the internet. And eventually, (after watching too many cute cat videos) I began researching for help... 

That's when I learned the science behind how caterpillars transitioned to butterflies

And It completely blew my mind!

You see, Caterpillars have chemicals called hormones (similar to humans) sleeping in their bodies... Once these chemicals are triggered, the caterpillar begins its transition to a butterfly.

When you sign up to Confident Butterflies you will receive login details where you can access the training.  Included will be the transition training eBook which teaches you proven techniques to change your thinking.  

Each month you will gain access to a new butterfly design - what we call transition scripts. Print these out and colour in as many times as you like.  Also included  are six download sound tracks which you listen to while coloring in your monthly butterfly design... or whenever you feel like relaxing.
